When discussing SendThisFile with potential customers, strategic partners, or just friends over dinner, one of the most frequently asked questions is, “What makes SendThisFile tick?”
As president of SendThisFile, this is my favorite question, because I absolutely love the answer. It’s the people. My answer is usually broken down into three parts: 1) Culture 2) Core Values, and 3) Experience.
You won’t hear about any all-night foosball tournaments, or fancy coffee machines in our lobby. We don’t have them. No bean bag chairs, lava lamps or video games. That is just not who we are.
Our culture is different. We focus on issues like infrastructure uptime monitoring, file transfer speeds, maintaining data integrity, and above all else, the privacy and security of our clients’ data.
It’s not that we aren’t fun people, but we know that what we are tasked with is serious. We set aside time to focus on work and we set aside time to build up our team. We like community events, like helping Habitat For Humanity build houses in our city.
For more than 10 years we have devoted ourselves to building a secure platform for moving large amounts of information from point A to point B. That is what we do, and we do it well. Our clients trust us with their data and we take that responsibility seriously. We value operating with integrity, having respect for others, being fiscally conservative, providing stewardship over the assets entrusted to us, and we place family first.
Our leadership team has more than 100 years combined engineering experience in software development, IT infrastructure and database architecture. SendThisFile has a very well balanced team across marketing, sales, customer engagement and technology.
