This week we realized that our first business plan customer signed up all the way back in 2004, so for well over 8 years we have been serving businesses. In Internet time, that is an eternity.
We have been able to continue to providing our fantastic business service thanks to our great customer support and customer focus. Did you know that we are one of the few file transfer companies that offers telephone support right here in the United States? This is just one of the ways that we go the extra step for our customers. Very few, if any, of our competitors offer such a highly valued level of customer service.
